History
Visiting Stratford each year are upwards of a million people. They come from all over the UK and all corners of the world. In 1986 Warwickshire County Council’s excellent Lighting Engineer, Keith Brodie, decided to bring enlightenment to these people literally.
He wrote to representatives of towns and cities around the world and the response was very encouraging.
