Looking At English In More Depth

So far we have looked at the migrations of peoples who brought their languages and dialects with them. The effects have been sporadic. However sometimes it is good to look a language overall -that is looking back from what we have now and roughly where it came from.

We have no affiliation with the organisations or people now mentioned. However they have been chosen for their clarity of explanation.
