Dreadful State Of Decay
As far as we are aware nobody, including Wilfrid Puddephat, attempted to produce a sketch of the Lyf Of Adam. Presumably because it was in such a terrible state.

What It May Have Depicted
In 1476 William Caxton introduced the printing press to England. His printing works were next to Westminster Abbey. Hugh Clopton knew these precincts well and so it’s likely that he and Clopton knew each other. One of the books that Caxton was printing was called The Golden Legend on the subjects of Adam’s Life and The Legend Of The Holy Cross.
According to Internet Archaeology intarch.ac.uk) it depicts..
“the children and wives of Cain, the origin of crafts, the death of Cain and the prophecy of Ada. The scenes formed part of the 'Lyfe' of Adam', which was a preface to the Legend of the Cross.”
